Effective Date: March 16, 2026. This document governs your technical access to the Nezotoxx predictive analytics environment and defines the parameters of our algorithmic engagement.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nezotoxx platform (the "Site") and our predictive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Thailand. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Nezotoxx and the entity or individual accessing the Site.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
02. Access & Site Licensing
Nezotoxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for internal business intelligence and operational evaluation purposes. This license does not include:
- • Modification or copying of the underlying algorithmic documentation or source code.
- • Using the site content for any unauthorized commercial resale or public display.
- • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Nezotoxx platform.
03. Usage Limitations
The integrity of our predictive models relies on ethical data interaction. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Nezotoxx for any activities that involve automated scraping, excessive API querying that threatens system stability, or any method designed to bypass our security protocols.
We prioritize operational efficiency. Should your usage patterns exceed standard enterprise limits or disrupt the service availability for other partners, Nezotoxx reserves the right to throttle or suspend access immediately without prior notice.
04. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Nezotoxx Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, and algorithmic outputs—are the exclusive property of Nezotoxx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
While users retain ownership of the raw input data they upload, the "Derived Insights"—defined as the mathematical forecasts and pattern recognitions generated by our engine—are processed outputs provided for your use under the terms of your specific service agreement.
05. Analytical Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NEZOTOXX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Our predictive analytics involve mathematical modeling of historical and real-time data to identify trends and probable outcomes. Forecasting is inherently probabilistic, not deterministic. Nezotoxx does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of its forecasts in predicting future events. Users should not rely solely on these insights for high-stakes decision-making and are encouraged to cross-reference data with other operational metrics.
For clarity, the services provided are for enterprise optimization and efficiency modeling. Nezotoxx does not offer financial advice, nor should any output be construed as a recommendation for any specific financial activity.
